1) Introduction

Beyond Mooner (the "Platform") is operated by Equilibelle App Solutions in Prince Edward Island, Canada. The Platform is an ads-driven directory where cryptocurrency projects can be listed, viewed, and compared. Users may submit projects, vote, build watchlists, and purchase advertising placements or boosts. We do not custody funds, broker transactions, or provide investment advice.

2) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updates.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply in your jurisdiction, including export controls and sanctions. We do not provide services where prohibited by law.

4) Listings, Votes, and Rankings

• Listings are submitted by users and advertisers. Sponsored or promoted placements are paid ads and are marked or positioned accordingly.
• We do not independently verify every claim, contract address, or representation made by projects. Listings are for informational purposes only.
• We may label listings with signals (e.g., audit/KYC badges) for convenience; labels are not endorsements or guarantees.
• Listings may be submitted without publicly identifying the owner, but we may request verification or KYC for badges or priority placements. You are responsible for all submitted information.
• Voting and rankings are subject to anti-abuse controls. We may invalidate votes, adjust rankings, or remove listings if we detect manipulation or policy violations.
• We may edit, refuse, or remove listings at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, spam, or illegal content.

5) No Financial Advice

The Platform provides information and advertising only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and must perform your own research before engaging with any digital asset or project.

6) Market Data and Third-Party Links

• Market data, charts, and analytics may be provided by third parties. Such data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
• Third-party websites and services are not under our control. Access them at your own risk and review their policies.

7) Advertising, Boosts, and Refunds

• Paid placements (e.g., banners, featured listings, promos, boosts) are advertising services. We may reject, pause, or remove any advertising content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Refund policy: Ads and boosts are non-refundable once a campaign starts. If you cancel before the scheduled start, we may issue a credit or partial refund at our discretion (payment processing fees are non-refundable). If we cancel a campaign for policy reasons, we may provide a pro‑rated credit or refund where appropriate.
• For premium subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are provided unless required by law.
• Chargeback or payment abuse may result in account suspension or removal of listings.

8) User Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or incomplete data.
• We may offer verified or owner badges. Verification is optional and does not guarantee project legitimacy.

9) Prohibited Conduct

• Posting illegal, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Submitting incorrect contract addresses or impersonating projects.
• Attempting to bypass moderation, security, or rate limits.
• Automated voting, scraping, or data extraction without permission.
• Using the Platform to facilitate scams or market manipulation.

10) User Content and License

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and related marketing.

11) Intellectual Property

We (and our licensors) own the Platform design, branding, and original content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without permission. Project logos/names may be trademarks of their owners.

12) Notice & Takedown

If you believe content infringes your rights, send a notice to support@beyondmooner.com with the URL, a description of the issue, and proof of your rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

13) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY IS NOT EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF CAD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

16) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Prince Edward Island, Canada for disputes not subject to informal resolution.

Before filing a claim, the parties will first attempt informal resolution by emailing support@beyondmooner.com.

17) Changes and Termination

We may modify or terminate any part of the Platform at any time. If you continue to use the Platform after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
